Our Perfect Fit Promise: Perfect Fit Quiz + 60 Days Free Exchanges & Returns
The right fit delivers the most beautiful lift. Up All Nightie sizing is unique, so your size will likely differ from your bra size.
We want you to love your lift, so before ordering, we strongly recommend taking the Perfect Fit Quiz or setting up a virtual fitting to find your size. Contact us at sales@upallnightie.com if you need assistance in determining your best size.
Please try on the nightie to ensure a good fit, making sure to leave the original tags attached. If it's not a perfect fit, we'll work with you to find your best size.
We only accept garments in unworn and unwashed condition, with original tags, in the original polybag. If an item is damaged upon receipt or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at sales@upallnightie.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
To start an exchange or return, go to Returns & Exchanges.
- Enter your order number and email address and click "Find Your Order."
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Select a return reason and add details.
- Click "Request return" and submit.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@upallnightie.com.
